Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return by mail

Contact our customer service team on [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Print the return label and deliver your return to a Evri drop off location.

Note: A shipping charge applies per order.

Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
