How do I use Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner?
You use the Laundry Shampoo the same as your usual liquid detergent, it goes into the drawer of your washing machine with two lines. The Laundry Conditioner is the same as fabric softener and goes into the draw with the flower symbol. 🌸
How do I use the High Maintenance Powder?
To use the High Maintenance powder, there are 3 different ways you can use it! Please see below instructions:. WASH - Add with your Laundry Shampoo in the detergent drawer. x1 scoop (30g) for tough dried stains. For normal stains, use half a scoop. P

Are your products safe to use with delicates?
Yes, as our detergents are non-bio, they’re much safer to be used on fabrics like silk and wool as they don’t contain the enzymes which would damage these fabrics. We would just recommend washing on a cooler temperature!
Why isn't the bottle filled to the top?
The bottles aren’t ‘full’ because the filling machine is super high pressure and it can bubble up when it’s being filled. So there’s a gap at the top, to stop leakage and make the manufacturing process smoother! They are filled to the correct amount
Can I use your products if I live in a hard water area?
Absolutely, we would just recommend a double dose for the best results 🙌
Are your products safe to use with Septic Tanks?
Yes, our formulas don’t contain the thickening agent or toxic chemicals that many other brands use, so they are safe to be used with septic tanks.
Do your Laundry Conditioners coat fabrics?
Our Laundry Conditioners don't contain PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) which is a silicone oil that coats fabrics and is commonly used in Conditioners. Because it's an oil it repels water and makes towels less absorbent. Also make sure you are using just
