Lost packages

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such cases, please contact our customer service team on [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items and package.

We will review the documentation provided and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
